PLEASE NOTE:
For the sake of free passage to the halls in case of fire and evacuation, we need to limit entry and exit to the halls to 1½ hour.
Readings that are estimated to last longer must be completed on one of the other construction days.

Please note that our service functions in both cases will not necessarily be fully staffed.
DISMANTLING HOURS

External helpers will only have access to the expo after 4:00 p.m. Dismantling may first begin after 4:00 p.m. Sand Spedition brings out empty packaging to the halls from 4:00 p.m. |

| 4:30 p.m. | Access to the halls starts from the line-up |
| 7:00 p.m. | Pressured air, water, drains and electricity supply to the stands are interrupted |
| 9:00 p.m. | Dismantling closes. Continues Friday 4 October |
All products and exhibit materials must be removed from the stand at Monday 7 October at 5:00 p.m. at the latest
– unless a special arrangement is made with Rune Noesgaard.

It is our wish that all guests have the same good experience at the expo – the first as well as the last. Therefor we kindly ask all exhibitors to respect the opening hours and not begin the dismantling before 4:00 p.m. on Thursday.
ORGANIZER'S OFFICE HOURS
At the Organizer’s Office you will find the exhibition management. Here you can get your questions answered and help along the way during your expo attendance.
The organizer’s office is located at Entrance West and here you can, as an exhibitor, get printed admission cards for your stand staff.
The Organizer's Office opens in week 39.
