Up to the exhibition you will receive e-mails / "Exhibitor news", which contain practical information and marketing initiatives.
Remember to forward these e-mails to your colleagues who participate in the planning before, during and after the expo or you can register your colleague for exhibitor news here.

Get started with your exhibition preparations - follow the checklist and some pieces of advice, and you will be well prepared for some good exhibition days with full focus on your customers.

Your profile is already created in the exhibitor catalogue. All you have to do, is to complete it. We recommend that you complete your profile before the exhibitor catalogue is being published.

Be visible for the press, who also will be represented at FoodTech and DiaLabXpo.
Upload your press releases - they will be visible on FoodTech and DiaLabXpo’s website.
Seize the opportunity to give a short 20-minute presentation, where you can present your products, processes, solutions, etc. This is free of charge for you as an exhibitor.
In case of an emergency where an ambulance is called, please inform the staff at the organizer’s office.
By doing so we have the best conditions for guiding the ambulance as quickly and safely as possible to the nearest gate and place - and can thereby save vital minutes.
