All persons entering the exhibition area must show a valid admission card. Without the admission card, it is not possible to access the exhibition area. There will be control of admission cards throughout the opening period.
The work identity card is ONLY valid for the construction and dismantling days.
The exhibitor admission card is for the staff working on the stand. However, the exhibitor admission cards also apply to construction and dismantling days. You can settle for an exhibitor admission card if you both have to build up, work on the stand during the exhibition and dismantle.
For each stand number, 10 work identity badges and 10 exhibitor admission cards can be printed. If you need more, please contact us.
All visitors at the exhibition must register and print their personal admission ticket. The guest can also print an admission ticket at the entrance to exhibition.
WORK IDENTITY CARD
For safety reasons, anyone who helps during construction and/or dismantling must wear a work identity card. Without a work identity card, it is not possible to access the exhibition area. There will be control of the work identity card during the construction period.
WORK IDENTITY CARD IS:
- Personal (with name and company), must be worn visibly and shown to the gatekeeper when entering the exhibition area and on request in the halls.
- Only valid during construction and dismantling
EXHIBITOR ADMISSION CARD
As an exhibitor you are obliged to staff your stand throughout the exhibition period.
Everyone working on the stand during the exhibition must wear an exhibitor admission card, that must be showed at the entrance and exit of the exhibition.
EXHIBITOR ADMISSION CARD IS:
- Personal with your name and company name and must be worn visibly during the exhibition days. You will receive a neck-strap for the card at the entrance to the exhibition.
- Applied with a unique barcode which is registered at the entrance and exit.
- Valid both during construction, exhibition days and during dismantling.
NOTE:
Exhibitor admission card is ONLY for the staff, who work at the stand.
All visitors must register and download their ticket at uk.foodtech.dk, from which the visitor’s personal admission ticket is printed. Visitors can also register at the entrance to exhibition.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION - ADMISSION CARD MUST BE EXCHANGED
For your information, you must exchange your existing admission card with a new one, as we have made improvements that makes it easier for you to decode (via a color code) who is approaching your stand.

Students - Blue bar at the bottom
Exhibitor - Orange bar at the bottom
The admission can be exchanged FROM Monday morning 07:00 a.m., where our staff will be present in Entrance West and at the organizer's office to help you.
Therefore:
- Please, arrive early for the exhibition, Tuesday
- Please contact the information in Entrance West when you arrive to have your new admission card printed. Preferably already Monday if you are present during construction. There will be staff in the entrance and at the organizer's office to help.
