STORAGE OF EMPTIES
Practical information regarding collection of packaging
- Packaging must be stacked securely on pallet(s) before the goods are left at the stand (Please remember that the goods are being transported by a fork-lift truck and on a lorry to and from the storage facilities).
- If you have any sensitive/delicate objects, such as cardboard, cartons, linen, furniture, electrical goods etc., these MUST be covered with foil and/or plastic/tarpaulin.
- Packaging must be expected to be outside for brief period before being returned to the stand.
- Goods must be clearly labelled with your company name and stand number. Foil, tape, labels for labelling goods and returned emptied labels can be claimed from Sand Spedition's office, which is located between Halls D and E.
Please meet the details above. Otherwise Sand Spedition cannot guarantee the punctuality or safe return of the packaging. We will, of course, be glad to answer any questions you might have.
Conditions: All assignments are executed in accordance with NSAB 2015/the CMR law.
If you need to collect/store empty goods and packaging, we refer to Sand Spedition.
It is not allowed to store empty packaging at the stand or in the back room, but it is possible to purchase space for storing your empty packaging. Empty packing will be picked up at the stand before the exhibition and delivered back to you at the stand after the exhibition. It will not be possible to access the stored empty packaging during the exhibition.
